Very Pleased!
We have Sleepgram pillows on our bed and recently purchased an Amazon recommended version similar to yours for our guest bedrooms. Upon unpackaging and trying them out, we immediately knew there was no comparison. We returned the other pillows an ordered multi packs of the Sleepgram pillows for all of our guest rooms. Just washed and with just the large insert. Iv had thes pillows about 4 years. The best pillows I've ever had.i would ever get anything else

The pillows are great. The customer service. It so great the one cover was cut when I got them I sent an email to your customer service they wanted a picture of the product. I sent a picture. I have not heard a word since. I think you need to evaluate your customer service department

Love these pillows!
The first one I got I got for a gift and since then I have bought eight more to be on all the beds in our house. I am a side sleeper and they do not hurt my neck at all! I am still using my original pillow from more than three years ago it has held up great!

Comfortable
I purchased my pillows about a year and half ago, looking for something that would give support but act like a feather pillow. For the most part, I am happy with the pillows. They are comfortable, they "squish" up like I like. I use both inserts for the firmest and highest pillow.
My one big complaint is the contents clump and ball up. The cover and inserts are now lumpy and do not unclump. I've cared for them exactly as instructed. No matter how much I fluff, dry them with dryer balls, poof them, manipulate them, they do not unclump. I think I've learned that, no matter the construction or care, any type of polyester filling will always clump.
