Can I track my order?

Once you've placed your order, your product should ship within 1-2 business days. Once the produt has shipped, you should receive a Fedex tacking number to the same email as your order confirmation. If you're having any difficulties tracking your order, please reach out to our customer support group at +1-888-257-5337.

Is my Sleepgram pillow washable?

Cleaning your Sleepgram pillow is simple! Just unzip the cover, remove the inner pillows, zip the cover back up, and wash it with your linens.

An easy tag with cleaning instructions is located on the cover.

In our quest to create the best pillow, we sourced, slept on, and tore apart just about every pillow you can imagine.

Then we hit the drawing board… 25 times. When we reached perfection, we were finally satisfied. You wanted a pillow that's customizable, hypoallergenic, cruelty-free, washable, and affordable. Challenge accepted.

What is your return policy?

If you decide that your Sleepgram products aren’t right for you within 100 nights*, the return process is easy.

Returns
Our standard return policy lasts 100 calendar days. If 100 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused OR like-new (donatable) condition. You do not need the original packaging. We are unable to accept returns of stained, damaged, or incomplete pillows (missing parts or tags).

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back without an RMA number unless otherwise instructed by Sleepgram customer support.
