Yes! The outer cover of Sleepgram Pillows are washer-friendly and we’ve designed our Pillow to be easy to maintain and keep clean. Wash Instructions: 

1. Remove inserts from the outer Pillow cover; 

2. Wash outer Pillow cover in washer with cool water and mild detergent on a gentle cycle; 

3. Tumble dry with low heat; 

4. Enjoy your perfectly clean and fluffy pillow.

Every Sleepgram Pillow comes with three possible configurations depending on your personal preference: SOFT, MEDIUM, and FIRM. For stomach and back sleepers, we recommend the SOFT configuration- just leave the blue tag inner Pillow and set the red tag inner Pillow aside. For back sleepers, we recommend the MEDIUM configuration- for this, you can leave the red tag inner Pillow in the outer case and set the blue tag inner Pillow aside. For a FIRM Pillow, place both red and blue tag inner Pillows in your outer Pillow case- we recommend this configuration specifically for side sleepers!

We recommend fluffing your Pillow before use and, if possible, daily. Just a quick fluff will do to keep your Pillow at maximum puffiness.

Yes, Sleepgram pillows are made from down alternative and are hypoallergenic, keeping good care of your skin year round.

Once you've placed your order, your product should ship within 1-2 business days. Once the produt has shipped, you should receive a Fedex tracking number to the same email as your order confirmation.

If you decide that your Sleepgram products aren’t right for you within 100 nights*, the return process is easy.

Returns

Our standard return policy lasts 100 calendar days. If 100 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused OR like-new (donatable) condition. You do not need the original packaging. We are unable to accept returns of stained, damaged, or incomplete pillows (missing parts or tags).

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back without an RMA number unless otherwise instructed by Sleepgram customer support.
