My Experience Trying Sleepgram For 2 Weeks and how it affected me more than I knew

Adjusting my pillow I at first did not understand, I am only 24 why does it matter? Well, I thought I wanted those firmer tempurpedic pillows and it turns out because I sleep on my side and stomach it helps to have something softer with lower loft. At first I used the firmest setting and thought that was great, but then as I went to the softer setting on the Sleepgram I realized how much better I actually slept. True story! I was staying over at my boyfriend's house and I would wake up a little stuffy every morning and did not think much of it.
